What is Reishi?
Reishi is a mushroom recognised by its fan-shaped, reddish-brown cap. It grows on wood and has a long history in Chinese and Japanese traditions, known as Lingzhi in China and Reishi in Japan. Today, it is cultivated for teas and mushroom extracts.

Our Reishi extract
Made using Reishi fruiting bodies, our liquid extract is alcohol-free and independently lab-tested for quality and purity. Each 100 mL bottle provides approximately 33 daily servings, easily measured with the included graduated dropper.

How to use & store
Shake well before use. Take 3 mL daily, using the dropper to measure three 1 mL portions. Take directly or mix into water, tea or coffee. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 45 days. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.
