Shipping policy
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands using PostNL. We aim to ensure your Valdspore products arrive quickly, safely and in perfect condition.
⏱️ Processing Time
Orders placed before 17:00 are dispatched the same day, seven days a week. Orders placed after 17:00 are dispatched the following day. During busy periods, new launches or holidays, processing may take slightly longer. If any delay occurs, we will let you know.
💳 Shipping Rates
We keep shipping simple and transparent. Shipping within the Netherlands is free on all orders. Shipping within the EU is free on orders above €49,95, and €9,95 on orders below that amount. We currently ship to all European countries. If you live outside the EU and wish to order from us, contact us at info@valdspore.com and we will explore the options.
📅 Delivery Times
Estimated delivery is one to two business days within the Netherlands and three to seven business days within the EU, depending on the destination. After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel.
🔍 Tracking Your Order
Once your order leaves our warehouse, a PostNL tracking link will be emailed to you. If you have not received it within three days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us directly.
⚠️ Shipping Delays & Lost Packages
Although we work closely with PostNL to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to customs, weather or local carrier issues. If your parcel appears lost or delayed beyond the normal delivery window, reach out to us and we will trace it with PostNL and make sure you receive your order.
📍 Incorrect Addresses
Please make sure your shipping details are correct at checkout. If a parcel cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, additional shipping costs may apply for redelivery.
📸 Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us at info@valdspore.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Please let us know as soon as you can, so we can resolve it quickly and raise a claim with PostNL where needed. This does not affect your statutory rights.
🌍 Customs, Duties & Taxes
All prices on Valdspore include VAT. Customers within the EU will not incur additional customs or import fees. If you are outside the EU, local customs charges or import duties may apply, depending on your country's regulations.
