Refund policy
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you receive your order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us by email at info@valdspore.com within this period. Once you have notified us, you have 14 additional days to send the goods back.
📦 What Can Be Returned
For reasons of health and hygiene, opened or unsealed bottles cannot be returned. Only unopened bottles with the seal intact are eligible for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You can arrange return shipping through PostNL or any courier of your choice. Include your order number with your return.
💰 Your Refund
Once we have received your return and confirmed it meets the conditions above, we will refund the purchase price to the same payment method used for your original transaction, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back.
We may deduct an amount for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and condition.
