Refund policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you receive your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, submit our Withdrawal Form, or notify us by email or phone within this period. Once you've let us know, you have 14 additional days to send the goods back.

How to send your return

You can create a return shipping label either online through our returns portal, or in person at a nearby PostNL point. Address your return to:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Your refund

Once we've received your return and confirmed the product meets the conditions above, we'll refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (if applicable), within 14 days of being informed of your decision, using the same payment method as your original transaction. We may withhold reimbursement until we've received the returned goods or proof of return.
