Valdspore offers premium natural wellness products. By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you have any questions, you can always contact us.
🌐 Website Use
All information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
🍄 Products
We aim to display our products as clearly as possible, although colours and materials may vary slightly due to screen settings or lighting. Product descriptions and availability may be updated or adjusted at any time.
⚠️ Health & Safety
Our products are food supplements, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and are not a substitute for a varied diet or medical advice. Not suitable for children, or for pregnant or breastfeeding women. If you take prescription medication or have an existing medical condition, consult your doctor before use.
📝 Orders
Placing an order means you are offering to purchase a product. Your order becomes final once payment is processed and you receive a confirmation email. If an item cannot be delivered, we will notify you and issue a full refund. Purchases are intended for personal use only and not for resale or export.
💳 Prices & Payment
All prices on Valdspore include VAT. Prices may be adjusted or corrected when necessary. Payment options include iDEAL, credit card, PayPal and other methods shown at checkout. Shipping is free within the Netherlands, free within the EU on orders above €49,95, and €9,95 within the EU on orders below that amount.
📦 Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped through PostNL. Orders placed before 17:00 are dispatched the same day, seven days a week. Delivery is 1–2 business days within the Netherlands and 3–7 business days within the EU. Once your parcel is handed to the carrier, delays caused by postal services, customs or external factors are outside our control.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery in accordance with EU consumer law. After notifying us by email within this period, you have 14 additional days to return the goods. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
For reasons of health and hygiene, opened or unsealed bottles cannot be returned. Only unopened bottles with the seal intact are eligible for return.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may deduct an amount for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and condition. All content on Valdspore including images, text, logos and product descriptions is owned by Valdspore and protected by copyright and trademark law. Use of this content without written permission is not allowed.
⚖️ Liability
Although we aim to provide accurate information, Valdspore is not liable for indirect or incidental damages resulting from the use of our website or products. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for your order. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under Dutch law.

🔄 Changes
Valdspore may update these Terms of Service at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of the site means you accept any updates.
⚖️ Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands. This does not affect the mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence within the EU.
