Welcome to Valdspore. These Terms of Service apply when you visit our website or purchase products from us. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referred to in them.
Nothing in these terms affects any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer law.

We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Product images are for illustrative purposes, and colours or appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, photography or screen settings.
Product descriptions, packaging and availability may be updated from time to time. Any changes will not affect orders already placed unless required by law or agreed with you.

Our products are food supplements and are not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease and should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet, a healthy lifestyle or professional medical advice.
Always follow the directions and recommended daily amount shown on the product and packaging.
Our products are not intended for children or for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
If you take medication, have an existing medical condition, or have questions about whether a product is suitable for you, consult an appropriate healthcare professional before use.
📝 Orders
When you place an order, you are offering to purchase the products in your order.
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, for example if a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or technical error, payment cannot be processed, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the relevant amount using the original payment method.
Products purchased through our consumer webshop are intended for personal use and not for commercial resale.

All consumer prices displayed on Valdspore include applicable VAT unless clearly stated otherwise.
We take reasonable care to ensure prices are accurate. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we may contact you before fulfilling the order.
Available payment methods are shown during checkout.
Current shipping charges and any applicable free-shipping thresholds are displayed on our website and during checkout before you complete your order.
📦 Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped using the delivery methods shown during checkout.
We aim to dispatch orders promptly. Any estimated delivery times displayed on our website or during checkout are estimates unless we expressly agree to a specific delivery date.
Delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control. If there is a problem with your delivery, please contact us so we can help.
Your statutory rights regarding delivery are not affected by this section.
🔄 Right of Withdrawal, Returns & Refunds
If you are a consumer purchasing online, you generally have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to the exceptions provided by law.
You can exercise your right of withdrawal by informing us clearly of your decision within the withdrawal period. You may contact us at info@valdspore.com or use the online withdrawal function provided on our website.
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must send the relevant goods back within 14 days.
Unless otherwise stated, the direct cost of returning the goods is your responsibility.
If you withdraw from the entire order, we will refund the payments received from you for that order, including the cost of our standard delivery option. If you selected a more expensive delivery method, we are not required to refund the additional cost above our standard delivery charge.
Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you returned them, whichever occurs first.
You are only responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Sealed products: where a product is supplied sealed and is not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, the statutory right of withdrawal may be lost once that seal has been broken, where permitted by applicable law. Where this exception applies, we will inform you before purchase.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights if a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise does not conform to your purchase agreement.

Unless otherwise stated, the content on the Valdspore website, including our branding, text, photographs, graphics, logos and original product descriptions, is owned by or licensed to Valdspore and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You may use the website for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute or commercially use our protected content without permission, except where permitted by law.
⚖️ Liability
Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable consumer law.
To the extent permitted by law, Valdspore is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for losses resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If you are purchasing as a consumer, nothing in these terms limits the statutory remedies available to you if products do not conform to the agreement.

⚖️ Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by Dutch law.
If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the European Union, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that apply under the law of your country of residence.
Any disputes will be handled by the court that has jurisdiction under applicable law.
