Our store runs on Shopify, which processes data on our behalf in order to provide the store to you. For the purposes of applicable data protection law, Valdspore is the data controller of your personal information.

Payment information processed by our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

Google, Meta and TikTok, for analytics and advertising, where you have consented.
We do not sell your personal information.
🌍 International Transfers
Some of our service providers are based outside the European Economic Area. Where we transfer your personal information outside the EEA, we rely on recognised safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, or transfer only to countries the Commission has determined provide an adequate level of protection.
⏱️ How Long We Keep It
Order and transaction records are kept for seven years, as required by Dutch tax law. Account information is kept for as long as your account is active. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is kept in line with the retention settings of the services listed above.
👶 Children
Our products are not intended for children and our website is not directed at them. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your personal information, please contact us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl, or with the supervisory authority in your own EU country.

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please do not send sensitive information to us through unsecured channels.
