I’m Bjorn Sollie, founder of Valdspore. My interest in mushroom extracts began with Lion’s Mane. What started as personal curiosity grew into a fascination with fungi, their history and the process of turning them into extracts.

Alongside my full-time job, I began building Valdspore. From researching ingredients to filming in the forest and packing orders, I’m involved in every part of the brand. It is a small business with a personal commitment behind every bottle.

Today, our collection includes Lion’s Mane, Chaga, Cordyceps and Reishi. We choose organic extracts, share clear ingredient information and work with batch-tested products. I want people to understand what they are choosing and feel comfortable asking questions.

This is just the beginning.

Our next goal is to bring Valdspore into physical shops, where people can discover the extracts in person and get to know the brand beyond a screen.

We are also exploring what could come next for our collection. Maitake, Shiitake, Turkey Tail and Tremella are four fungi we would love to learn more about as we consider future extracts. Each new addition will take careful research and sourcing.
