What it is. Lion's Mane is a mushroom that grows wild on hardwood trees across Europe, Asia and North America oak, beech, maple, birch. It is recognisable by its white, cascading spines, which is where the name comes from. Known in Japan as Yamabushitake and in China as Houtougu.
What's inside. Made from the fruiting bodies of Hericium erinaceus never mycelium, never fillers. A 15:1 dual extract, standardized to 20% beta-glucans and 30% polysaccharides.
