Inside The Daily Defence Bundle

Some rituals are worth keeping simple: a glass of water, a moment before the day begins and ingredients you have taken time to understand. Daily Defence brings Chaga and Reishi together with that everyday approach in mind.

Daily Defence pairs Chaga + Reishi in two separate 100 ml bottles of concentrated, alcohol-free liquid extract. Save 10% compared with buying the bottles individually.

🍄 The Idea Behind Daily Defence

We chose two fungi with distinctive woodland stories. Chaga is closely associated with birch trees and northern preparations, while Reishi is recognised for its woody fruiting body and lasting place in East Asian culture.

🌳 Two Extracts, Two Stories

Chaga, Inonotus obliquus, is known for its dark, cracked conk and rusty-brown interior. Our bottle provides 300 mg of 15:1 Chaga extract per labelled daily serving.

Reishi, labelled Ganoderma lucidum, has a curved fruiting body that can appear almost varnished. Our bottle provides 300 mg of 20:1 fruiting body extract per labelled daily serving.

🌲 Why We Brought Them Together

This combination gives you two different preparations to discover together, with each kept in its own bottle. Daily Defence is the name of our selection; it does not establish protection against illness.

Both bottles use purified water, their respective organic fungal extracts, citric acid as an acidity regulator and organic rowan berry extract. The liquid format makes each serving visible and measurable.

🌾 A Place In Your Day

Keep the bottles where their storage directions allow, measure the labelled servings and connect them with a familiar moment in your day. A routine is easier to keep when it fits the life you already have.

💧 Using Your Bundle

Shake well and follow each bottle’s label. The labelled daily serving is 3 ml per extract, measured by filling the pipette to the 1.0 ml mark three times. Add each measured serving to water and do not exceed the directions for either bottle.

At the labelled amount, each bottle provides approximately 33 daily servings. If both are used daily, the bundle provides around 33 days of supply. Once opened, refrigerate and use within 45 days.

These products are for adults and are not suitable for children or during pregnancy or breastfeeding. If you take medication or have a medical condition, check the suitability of both extracts with a doctor or pharmacist before use.
