Chaga grows slowly on birch trees in cold northern regions including Scandinavia, Siberia, Canada, and Northern Asia. Its dark, cracked exterior looks more like burnt wood than a typical mushroom.

Take 3 mL per day of each extract, equal to three full droppers of Cordyceps and three full droppers of Chaga.
